Special extruder BGEMH40/35/34/32/30DR

The peculiarity of the device is the ability to work on the classic scheme used at the Ukrainian enterprise LLC «Belkozin», as well as the axial supply of protein collagen. An additional feature of the device is its rotor, which contributes to the quality of the moldable shell, raising its transverse discontinuous efforts. 4. Special extruder BGEMH 40K

Special molding head for the production of artificial protein shell of caliber 40. This device is similar to the scheme of the KMU, which is considered better than the scheme of the German engineering office of Dr. Dorstewitz.

 The peculiarity of the device is the ability to work on the classical scheme used at the Ukrainian enterprise LLC «Belkozin», as well as the radial supply of collagen protein substance. An additional feature of the apparatus is the tangential flow of collagen substance directly into the area of rotation of the rotor sleeve. The machine also has the ability to work with ammonia.
